Brief Biographical Sketch:
I hail from the beautiful city of Louisville, Kentucky and am so excited to talk and learn about Asian American issues! I am currently a sophomore studying Neuroscience and Government and am more than happy to talk about what that looks like. On campus, I am most involved with Asian American Women's Association and a few public service organizations working to reduce the disparate access to quality healthcare and education in the Boston/Cambridge area. In high school, I never really learned about Asian American history and didn't understand how learning about my own history would give me a better context to think about the way I navigate the world, and I am excited to share and talk about how contemporary issues are simply extensions and new iterations of century-old patterns and trends. I look forward to talking with you soon!
